Are you a new mom looking for answers and facing new struggles? Would you like to share what works for you with other moms? We want you to thrive not just survive. New moms with infants-6 months.

Incredible Years
Incredible Years is a program for parents and caregivers of school aged children up to 12 years old with a focus on promoting positive behaviours, reducing behaviour problems, and improving your child’s social and emotional skills. Childcare and light snacks provided. Registration required.

Handle with Care is a simple interactive program to help parents and caregivers promote the mental health of young children from birth to 6 years. Let’s explore this strength base approach to our children’s well-being.

Drop-In Social Work Support
In partnership with the North End Community Clinic we will have drop-in social work sessions every 3rd Thursday of the month. They will be able to help with Income Assistance, Prescription coverage, CPP forms, Housing referrals/applications and Immigration forms.
Child Safety Link
Child Safety Link is a great resource for parents to help keep children safe at home, on the road and at play.
